WORKING CONDITIONS:
Full time senior school, junior school and Kindergarten English teachers to start work this May in beautiful Southern Thailand. If you are passionate about this profession and you are travelling to teach, we will be very interested to hear from you. Ideally we are looking for people who are considering making Thailand their home or genuine candidates who are planning to stay for a minimum of one term or one academic year. We will also assist you in finding suitable housing and generally settle you in to the community.
We are looking for teachers to live and work in the provinces of Suratthani, rural Chumphon and Bangkok. Each location has its own unique flavour. Suratthani is the gateway to the beautiful beaches of the south. Chumphon is a popular beach side location and Bangkok is the vibrant capital city. More detailed information about each individual location to give you a realistic view of what you can expect living and working in these areas:
Suratthani Town and Donsak near the Koh Samui ferry
We are looking for dynamic, qualified and energetic native speakers to join our experienced and well established team in Suratthani. The successful applicants will be teaching in government or private schools and in our Language Academy in the town. The successful applicants need to have high levels of energy, a strong work ethic and bundles of enthusiasm. Be ready and able to teach at all levels, knowledge of the TEFL methodology or any other relevant ESL teaching techniques is preferred.
June start in Suratthani
Working in a government school in the centre of Suratthani. We need two English teachers to teach students from 7 – 11 years old. The classes are pretty big and it does get warm but the kids are really great. Bundles of energy and good classroom management skills required here.
Rural Chumphon
Starting in mid May we are looking for 2 dynamic and energetic ESL professionals to join our team in a beautiful rural setting in the province of Chumphon. You will be teaching kindergarten and junior school children working within a brand new English program with highly motivated and bright students. This well managed and friendly school has very comfortable working conditions, a teacher’s assistant and an air conditioned teacher’s room. These positions would ideally suit couples or friends who want to work together as there are very few foreigners in the local area. The school is located in a small and very beautiful coastal area around 70 km north of the town of Chumphon. An amazing opportunity for anyone looking to make their mark and experience the real Thailand.
Bangkok
We can offer you the opportunity to work in a prestigious school in the heart of this amazing city teaching young learners from kindergarten to junior school. We are also working with various government agencies in the city teaching their staff conversational business English.
We have positions available in which you will earn a competitive monthly salary based on around 25 contact hours per week. We also have positions which operate on a competitive pay per hour system linked to monthly housing support. In simple terms you get out what you put in! Our business operates on the basis that teachers work hard and generate a good level of income based on their own efforts. It is hard work and our expectations are high, but what you will receive in return is visa support, a fully funded work permit, competitive uncapped earnings, training and genuine opportunities for career progression.
We are not able to pay air fares, but we will be able to help you with your business visa application before you leave home.
REQUIREMENTS:
Flexible, qualified, motivated and energetic teachers with a genuine passion for this profession to join our growing team
Must be in Thailand by the end of the first week of May to participate in our orientation training program
Must stay for a minimum of one term or one academic year
Must hold a bachelor degree in any field
Should have a TEFL qualification, CELTA or any other relevant ESL qualification
Required to take a blood test for testing of drug or alcohol abuse and a short list of other medical conditions
