• To use teaching techniques that are appropriate to the level and needs of the students making every effort to create a positive learning environment enabling students to participate purposefully in the lessons
• To make lessons stimulating and enjoyable with particular emphasis on the practical use of the English language (e.g. speaking and listening skills)
• To administer and mark course assessments tasks as well as marking placement and exit tests
• To maintain excellent class administration including lesson preparation, class registration and monitoring student progress
• To advise the HT of any student who is misbehaving in class, absent from lessons; or any student welfare concerns (e.g. bullying, students who are withdrawn, not joining in) with particular attention to individual students

Ardmore Language Schools are seeking energetic Camp Directors (CD) with residential and management experience for ESL summer camps at top universities throughout the US!
The CD is responsible for the smooth and efficient running of all aspects of the center. You must be professional in appearance, work well under pressure and be able to think on your feet while managing a full staff and international students. In addition, the CD must maintain an excellent working relationship with host university/college administrative staff.
This position includes full room and board accommodations, in addition to a competitive weekly wage starting at $700 per week. Travel stipend to be discussed depending on where you are located.
