Enthusiastic and Energetic EFL Teachers WANTED – Japan

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Contract length of one year, renewable with the agreement of both parties.
We have a furnished house and provide sponsorship so that you can obtain a working visa or extend your existing working visa. Numerous teaching resources and materials are available. There are weekly brain-storming meetings which can help you adjust to your new job and, when adjusted, to continue fueling you with creative ideas. There are computers running Windows 7 with broadband Internet access which can be utilized by the teachers to produce teaching materials, do research etc.
There are 47 work weeks with 10 days paid holidays.

Salary:

In case of the teacher lost many students, the teacher will have the minimum guaranteed monthly salary:160,000 yen per month
Accommodations: We have a furnished house. Note that here in Japan, deposits are often ten months worth of rent paid in advance, only 66% to 80% of which will be refunded. Key-money is a non-refundable gratuity to your landlord. Prices vary greatly depending on the region. To your great benefit, key money/deposits have been paid by KICC. The houses are a little old but are fully functional and comfortable. Compared to the option of cramped apartments, one’s own house is a welcomed haven.
Be sure to take health insurance, key-money/deposits and other hidden expenses into account when comparing salaries with other English schools. We will be straight and above the board with you and hope to find instructors that are honest and cooperative in a work environment that requires both teamwork and self-motivation.
REQUIREMENTS:
Though not a requirement, special consideration will be given to teachers who have an education background, especially those with experience teaching in Japan. Basic computer skills are required.

Passionate Professional EFL Teachers Needed in Japan

SALARY: 240,000 yen per month + Completion bonus of 120,000 yen
WORKING CONDITIONS:
International I School Kindergarten is located in Kurume city and Fukuoka city, Fukuoka. The students are aged between 2 and 6 and are taught in English. International I School Kindergarten was established in 1990. We currently have 12 native English speaking teachers on staff.
Teachers are scheduled to work 23 – 30 teaching hours per week. 10 – 20 hours are in the kindergarten and the remaining 13 hours are ESL classes (Mainly toddler, kindergarten and elementary kidsf classes, however there are some adult lessons). The teachers are required to work for 2 hours in the morning 2 Saturdays a month (to teach returnee students) All the kindergarten lessons are co-taught with licensed Japanese kindergarten teachers so it is not necessary for you to have a Japanese teaching license. The 10 hours in the kindergarten have a set curriculum and materials in place. However, the remaining 10 – 15 hours of ESL classes are planned for by the teachers subsequently the materials are also created by each individual teacher. (However there are pre-prepared materials at your disposal if you choose to use them)
International I School Kindergarten currently has 2 schools open.
Our original school is based in Kurume City, Fukuoka Prefecture and our newest school is located in Fukuoka City.
The schedules are different depending on which school you would work at.
Accommodation
Apartments are arranged for teachers. The rent is between 35,000 yen and 50,000 yen depending on the size and the age of the apartment.
Although it may sound like a lot of responsibility, teaching at our kindergarten in incredibly rewarding and exciting experience.
If you donft mind hard work and you truly love children, then this will be the perfect job for you. However, if you donft love children and you would just like a chance to travel and experience living in Japan, then this may not be a good position for you.
