Teach English in Indonesia

SALARY: Very competitive salary of 14-18.7 million rupiah (net per month) depending on qualifications and experience
WORKING CONDITIONS:
TEACHER RESPONSIBILITIES
The centre will be using a newly-updated curriculum, with the latest learning and teaching methodologies, blended learning, and supporting materials.
Responsibilities will include teaching and supporting students, assessment and reporting, administration and classroom management. Self-directed learning will be encouraged through homework, assignments and out-of-class activities including attendance at the Learning Centre.
Additional responsibilities will include:
•assisting with student orientation
•mentoring less experienced teachers and assisting with professional development activities
•tutoring small groups
•assisting with occasional marketing promotions and events.

REQUIREMENTS:
QUALIFICATIONS
•Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in English or English disciplines, such as Linguistics, Education or Teaching with TESOL method*
•TEFL certified, CELTA or Trinity (TESOL) required*
•Native English language speaker*
•Passport holder: Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom or United States *
CAPABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE
•At least two years’ ESL teaching experience
•Effective classroom and resource management skills
•Experience in administrative tasks that require a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
•IELTS teaching experience or examiner qualification would be well regarded
