WORKING CONDITIONS:
The College seeks an experienced, innovative ESL professional to assume leadership for the design, delivery, and evaluation of this new pre-college program. This is a full-time, twelve-month administrative position (with some ESL teaching responsibilities) reporting to the Vice President for Academic Affairs.
Responsibilities
•serve as chief educational program designer and administrator with responsibility for overall program quality assurance
•hire and evaluate program faculty and staff
•manage budget
•conduct program and student learning assessment
•collaborate on integration of students into the campus and WNY community
•collaborate on delivery of student support services
REQUIREMENTS:
•master’s degree or higher in TESL, TESOL, or applied linguistics;
•minimum of five years’ full-time experience teaching ESL to international students in a US college or IEP;
•experience in managing an IEP/ELI or related international student program;
