Compensation & Benefits:
•An attractive base salary + annual bonus + performance awards are offered along with comprehensive ex-pat benefits are offered for this position. Note: We are not quoting an exact figure as we are not looking for a “salary slave.” The combined package is in excess of industry standards (i.e., U.S. $80,000+) with a unique performance plan. Salary is dependent on your past experience and ability to achieve set goals each quarter.

The candidate we seek will have a unique combination of education, management and business development disciplines. Strong preference will be given to Saudis educated in the U.S., the U.K., and other English speaking countries. Academic management experience is required. Please read carefully:
•You must have at least 4-5 years experience as an Assistant Principal or Principal in a well recognized school in the KSA or GCC region;
•A minimum of a Master’s Degree (MA) in languages or better a PH.D in linguistics or related field;
•Show progressive, increased levels of responsibilities in an academic management environment. “Teaching” is not enough;
•Be completely updated and familiar with all rules and regulations of the Saudi Ministry of Education (MOE) pertaining to the daily operation of the school. You must be compliance oriented and have the ability to recognize and respond to and comply with regulatory and administrative directives from MOE;
•Completely bilingual in English and Arabic;
•Have experience with curriculum development and management, teacher training and general personnel management;
•Experience with leadership, team-oriented for a group of 30-35 full time teachers and administrative staff.
• You are “sales” and business development oriented. You will implement a business plan to increase enrollment by a minimum of 50% in 1 year. You are comfortable with trade shows, exhibitions and seminars. You can take the lead in representing the school. A major part of this position is finding new students in the local/regional markets and increasing the enrollment at all levels. You are comfortable working with a business oriented, American MBA Country Program Director in increasing enrollment at the school.
•You should also have business development experience within an academic environment. You are comfortable going on visits, tours and seminars to promote the school regionally and nationally. You have no hesitation about meeting parents and prospective students in person and signing them up for the academic year;
