III. School introduction
Kang Ning English School (KNES) is a private English school established in 1985. The school has two departments, the Language Department (LD) and the Kindergarten Department (KD). LD teachers works from 12:30pm ¡V 9:30pm, teaching students mainly between age 6 and 14. Some of the LD students meet twice a week for English instruction and some 4-5 times a week. Our KD is an immersion program where teachers teach 2-6 year olds from 9am – 4pm. KD teachers take set hours of LD classes in the evening and the duty usually ends before 6pm. Saturday hours are optional for both LD and KD teachers. Both KD and LD programs have well-established & structured curriculum.
BA degree or AA degree with ESL/EFL teaching certificates. Minimum 15 months contract, two years preferred. English native-speaking educators with teaching passion and professionalism.
