Owen International Education School Tianjin are now seeking to hire enthusiastic and experienced EFL Primary and Kindergarten teachers. Owen International Education School Tianjin is western-owned, and the teaching system is user-friendly and highly effective. We have well equipped classrooms with whiteboards, projectors, sounds systems and all materials are provided, such as flashcards, toys, music and videos etc. Currently we have a team of 12 western teachers working for us and we are looking to expand, come join our team.
At Owen International Education Schools we:
Limit the number of students per class and have at least one bilingual assistant teacher in the classroom to help you.
Provide a lesson schedule and an effective syllabus for you to follow and teach with
Furthermore our contract includes a healthy amount of benefits such as:
A minimum salary of 5,500 RMB to 7000 RMB per month (Depending on your experience and qualifications) for 15 oral English teaching hours a week (After Tax with No Office Hours necessary)
Overtime teaching at the rate of RMB 90 to 120 per hour (Depending on qualifications and experience)
International Airfare allowance: 5000 to 8000 RMB for one school year completed contract. Reimbursed at the completion of your contract
Paid national holidays. All Chinese National Holidays (National Day, Dragon Boat Day, Mid Autumn Festival, Ancestors Day, May Day, New Years Day, (Chinese Spring Festival – half a months salary).
Free Private apartment complete with utilities (Air-conditioner, Stove, Refrigerator, Water, Heaters, Bed, etc).
Insurances: Accident and Medical Insurance, Retirement insurance and Maternity insurance.
A free legal working Z VISA (Which will be converted to a resident working VISA)
Orientation training prior to commencing teaching

We fully understand the dynamics of working within a multicultural environment and do our best to make your time here as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Your Responsibilities will be:
Teach up to 15 hours per week;
Lesson planning and preparation;
Attending any scheduled meetings within working hours.
Qualification you need to possess:
A Graduate Degree (Bachelors, Masters, PhDs)
Native English speaker from USA, UK, Republic of Ireland, Australia, Canada, New Zealand or South Africa;
Preferably least 1 to 2 years work experience.
CELTA,TEFL, TESOL, TESL certification (Desired but not essential)
Depending on your experience and qualifications, largely depends how your base salary is determined.

For a teacher to legally teach in China, you need a “Z” visa (for contracts of a year or more) or an “F” visa (for contracts of less than 6 months), and a Residence Permit.
The first thing that you should do is find an employer. They are responsible for obtaining a Foreign Experts Invitation Confirmation from the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs on your behalf.. This certificate is necessary to prove that the foreign teacher coming to China is in the field of work for which he/she is applying.
