Teach English in Iraq
Instructors must demonstrate the ability to plan, prepare and deliver lessons; prepare and administer weekly assessments; develop and use supplemental materials enhancing learning; conduct language lab sessions; attend staff meetings and workshops; and work collegially. Instructors’ classroom hours are approximately 20 – 25 hours per week. The contract period may either be short or long term, depending on current needs and qualifications.
Benefits include round-trip airfare from country of origin, furnished accommodations, and local transportation. Salary is paid monthly and based on education and experience.
Candidates must be native-English speakers, with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, 2 years English language teaching experience, and TESOL or equivalent teaching credentials.
